Rules and Conditions for Rentals

  • All private rentals have a 4-hour minimum.

  • Hourly rates include set-up and cleanup time.

  • Nonprofit organizations receive a 25% discount.

  • Local, public meetings may be free.

  • We accept payment by card or check.

  • A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $750.00 is required.

  • $1,000,000 event insurance naming CVREA as additional insured is required (learn more).

  • California certified security is required if alcohol is served (learn more).

  • No amplified sound is allowed after 10:00pm.

  • Chairs must be returned their original location after the event.

  • Our rooms cannot be rented for band rehearsals.
